We have engaged with Huawei and HKT for 3 phases of digital transformation for HKT customer experience and Huawei design development. We are leading the program with the human centered design lens. From diggig up the insights through rounds of design research with different tools, we identified the design opportunities; long term and short term vision; strategy; tangible design possibilities for the client.

Digital Transformation is a very complicated program, sometimes scary, we dive into this challenge with our design hypotheis to the target audiences.



















We collated the people stories from the field to create a unique persona story video to portrait the target audience's needs and pain points for the stakeholders. We also shared this video at Huawei conference OTF 2017.
